Why Speaking Your Truth Matters Now More Than Ever
Why Speaking Your Truth Matters Now More Than Ever
By Luz María Campuzano
We no longer live in a time where you have to carry this weight.
Through my work, I have encountered countless women who hold stuck, lower vibrational energy in their throat center. It sits there, heavy and dense, blocking the voice of the soul from emerging. This stuckness does not appear overnight. It accumulates across lifetimes, generations, and silent moments when truth was swallowed instead of spoken.
How the Throat Center Becomes Blocked
The throat chakra holds everything we have not said. It holds the unloving words we absorbed as truth. The belief systems we took on that were never ours. The moments we swallowed our knowing to keep the peace or avoid rejection. The times our voices were dismissed, ridiculed, or taken away entirely.
It also holds the words we have spoken that were not aligned with our soul. The harsh words directed at ourselves. The cutting words spoken to others in anger or fear. The lower vibrational tones we used when we were operating from ego rather than soul.
We carry our own wounds, and we carry the wounds of our ancestors. The silencing passed down through family and cultural lineage. The collective wound of every woman who has been stifled, persecuted, and punished for speaking her truth.
Every time we choose not to speak our truth, the wound grows deeper. The stuckness becomes more entrenched. What begins as hesitation can manifest into something physical.
My Own Throat Chakra Journey
There was a time before my healing journey began when my throat chakra became so blocked that it started manifesting in my body.
At first, I would lose my words in conversations. I knew what I wanted to say. The thought was clear in my mind. But when I opened my mouth, the words would not come. I cried in private, frustrated and confused, not understanding where this stuckness was coming from.
Then I began to feel a lump in my throat. It appeared in certain moments, particularly when I found myself in what I perceived as intimidating situations. Most often, this happened in conversations with older men. The lump felt enormous, as though something inside me was trying to push its way out but could not.
Eventually, the lump became present all the time. No matter who I was talking to, I felt it there. It grew so pronounced that I began choking on my food. I went to doctors. I saw specialists. They could find nothing physically wrong with me.
What My Body Revealed
When I began working in close communion with my angels and through the memory of my body, I was taken to the root.
In meditation, I was shown moments from my childhood when I was stifled. Times when I was not given permission to speak my truth. Moments when I did speak and was brushed off, not taken seriously, or told I was too sensitive or too much.
I was taken into the womb. I heard my mother's voice screaming to come out, but she lacked the courage to allow it. Her own throat was closed, and I absorbed that closure before I even took my first breath.
I was taken into past lifetimes. I saw myself accused of being a witch because of my psychic nature and understanding of astrology. I was burned at the stake for speaking what I knew to be true.
All of this lived in my throat. Lifetimes of silencing. Generations of swallowed truth. My own fear of what would happen if I allowed my soul to speak.
How I Released It
Through the guidance of my angels and the wisdom of my body, I learned how to release the energies that no longer served me. I healed the wounds from this lifetime and past lifetimes. I transmuted the density held in my throat center with the help of Divine Light.
The lump disappeared. Completely.
Because I speak my truth every day now and allow my soul to sing, I know I will never feel that restriction again. I have completely freed my voice, and I help women every day do the same.
Speaking from Soul, Not Ego
There is a difference between speaking from the soul and speaking from the ego.
The ego speaks to protect, defend, attack, or control. It uses words as weapons or shields. It reacts rather than responds. It carries the vibration of fear, anger, or need.
The soul speaks to express, reveal, and honor. It uses words as offerings. It responds from clarity and presence. It carries the vibration of love, truth, and integrity.
When we speak from the soul, we are not always comfortable. Truth can be tender. It can be vulnerable. But it is never violent. It does not seek to harm. It seeks to liberate.
This Is Our Time: The Divine Feminine Rising
Right now, we are at a pivotal time. Our choices matter. Our voice matters.
We are paving the way for the Golden Age of spirituality. The divine feminine is meant to rise. We are nurturers, wisdom keepers, oracles, teachers, healers, mothers, grandmothers.
It is up to us to teach future generations a new way. Not to cycle old belief systems. Not to contribute to old systems that keep us small, silent, or compliant.
This is our time and our sacred responsibility to rise.
So rise.
The Choice Before You
You have become aware of what you carry for a reason. Awareness is the first step. Now comes the choice.
Now you must make a choice. Are you willing to live with that feeling for the rest of your life, or do you choose freedom?
Freedom requires honoring your voice. It asks you to pause before speaking and check in with yourself. Do the words you are choosing match the vibration you want to embody? Are you speaking from soul or from ego?
It also requires you to stop allowing others to feed you unloving words. You must make difficult choices about who and what you allow into your life and space. Not everyone will understand this. Not everyone will support it. That does not make it less necessary.
True Release Is Possible
After lifetimes and years of stifling your voice, you may need help releasing what you carry. I can help you.
Through divine light meditation and somatic healing, we find the root of where the stuckness began. With the help of the Divine, we transmute and release those energies. This is not talk therapy. This is not affirmations or surface work. This goes to the soul level.
I know true release is possible because I have experienced it myself. I have guided countless women through this process, and I have watched them fully reclaim their voice. I have witnessed the moment their soul begins to sing again.
But you must choose it.
How to Begin
Start small. Honor your voice in the everyday moments. Notice when you swallow your truth and ask yourself why. What are you afraid will happen if you speak?
Before you speak, ask yourself if your words are aligned with your soul. Are you speaking to harm or to heal? Are you speaking from fear or from love?
When you are ready to go deeper, reach out. This work is sacred, and it is waiting for you.
Your soul has been trying to speak for lifetimes. It is time to let it.
With so much love and gratitude,
Luz María
