Awakening the Soul Through Sacred Moments

There are moments that don’t just shift your path... they awaken your soul. Moments when something ancient inside you stirs and whispers, “You were never lost. You were always becoming.”

This is one of those moments for me.

My name is Luz María Campuzano. I am the founder of Soul Prompt Coaching. A sacred space where the wisdom of the body meets the light of the soul. A place where you don’t strive to become someone new.
You remember who you’ve always been.

I didn’t arrive here in a straight line. I arrived through every twist, every ache, every quiet miracle.

Rediscovering Purpose Beyond Titles and Achievements

For most of my life, I longed to find my purpose. I searched for it in titles, in achievements, in relationships.
I kept waiting for the moment. The job, the sign, the arrival, but what I didn’t realize was this:

 I was living my purpose from the moment I took my first breath.

Every heartbreak, every sleepless night, every moment I felt like I couldn’t go on, each one was shaping me. Preparing me. Every meditation I turned to in my loneliness. Every time I wept on the floor with no answers. Every moment I tried to make sense of the ache in my chest or the tightness in my throat, was a sacred initiation.

Returning to the Body as a Beloved

Little by little, I returned to my body. Not as an object, but as a beloved. I moved with it. Danced with it. Breathed with it. I remembered how to listen, and in that listening, I heard the quiet truth: You were never broken. You were only waiting to remember.

From Broker to Soulful Coach: My Journey

In my former life, I wore many names: Mother. Partner. Broker. Business advisor.

At Lighthouse Business Brokers, where my partner Andy is the founder, I served as a broker and advisor. As an advisor I helped Andy to strengthen the foundation of his business. I brought structure, refinement, and flow. I helped build the systems that would prepare his company to rise to the next level.

As a broker I helped people sell their life’s work, but beneath every valuation and negotiation, there was always something deeper happening. People cried in meetings. They told me things they hadn’t told their own families. They exhaled. Softened, and I listened. Not with strategy, but with soul.

Even then, I wasn’t just supporting transactions. I was holding people through transformation. I was midwifing their next chapter.

The Power of Being Seen and Asking the Right Questions 

One day, Andy purchased a service business to build out, and asked if I could “coach” one of his employees.
He meant mentor. But I heard something else. I heard the word like a bell echoing through my bones. 

"Coach"

That word landed like a sacred key in my hands, and with it, a memory returned. Not from my mind, but from my soul. This is what you were born to do.

I found my way to Ruth Kudzi, founder of Optimus Coaching Academy. She didn’t just teach skills, she reflected back to me what I already knew. That we heal not through answers, but through the right questions.
That being seen. Truly seen. Is one of the most holy things we can offer each other.

Her work reminded me of a quote I’ve long loved from Ram Dass:

“All you can do for another person is be an environment in which, if they wanted to come up for air, they could.”

That’s what I’d been doing all along.

A Sacred Call in Maui: Saying Yes to the Work

In 2020, I stood barefoot on the sacred land of Maui. I wasn’t seeking answers. I was simply listening. I felt a presence. Not external, but deeply familiar. It was my higher self, the same presence that had whispered to me all my life, but this moment was different. This time, she didn’t just speak. She showed me. I received a vision, clear, luminous, full of truth of all that was to come over the next few years.
As I stood in that vision, I was held. Held in a love unlike anything I had ever experienced. Not a love outside me, but a love within me, through me, all around me. My body, my breath, my being all enveloped.

I was love, and in that sacred moment, they asked me to begin the work, and I said yes.

Releasing Masks and Embracing Your True Self

To begin the work, I first had to return to myself. Maui cracked me open, but what followed was the long, sacred walk back home. Because the truth was… I didn’t know who I truly was. I had worn masks since childhood. Masks of protection, of performance, of survival. I wore the mask of fight. The mask of flight. The mask of disconnection.

I was terrified of letting anyone all the way in. Except for my children, because somewhere deep inside, I feared that abandonment and pain were inevitable, I said yes to the unraveling, and one by one, I peeled back the layers. Each mask I released, revealed a piece of my true essence.
 

It was the most terrifying, vulnerable, and beautiful thing I had ever done. I have never cried so much in my life, but the tears were sacred. They were the release of everything that was never mine to carry.

Every unloving word spoken over me. Every unloving touch that left a trace in my body. Every unloving act that lived as shame or silence or self-blame. I wept it all out. The trauma. The grief. The heartbreak. The loneliness.

It took years and the journey is still unfolding. Through it all, I was held. Held in the gentle wisdom of my body. Held in the unwavering love of my soul.

Integrating Soul and Body: The Birth of Soul Prompt Coaching

This journey led me to Spiritual Arts Institute, where I found the teachings that finally gave language to what I had always felt. I became a Certified Metaphysician. I learned how to consciously connect with my higher self, and in doing so, I connected deeply with the Divine. With every breath, I felt more anchored. More whole. More me.

All of the masks are gone. All that’s left is truth, and I have never felt so free.

 
Soul Prompt Coaching is not a business. It’s a prayer. A devotion. A sacred return. It is the culmination of every breath I’ve taken. Every time I cried out for meaning. Every time I thought I had failed, only to realize I was being shaped. This work is gentle and fierce. It is slow and radiant. It is built on presence, not pressure.
We don’t rush. We don’t fix. We listen. 

Together, we awaken the conversation between your body and your soul. We call in Divine Light, not to bypass, but to illuminate what’s been waiting to be loved. This is alchemy. This is remembrance.

I was never just a broker. I was a bridge. Now, looking back, I see clearly. I was never just helping people sell their companies. I was guiding them through death and rebirth. I was honoring their courage to begin again, and now, I do that with full intention. With sacred tools. With deep reverence. With a heart that has been broken open by life, and still chooses love.
